Cancellation conditions
To confirm the booking, the first night's prepayment is required and the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances once the booking has been made, except in cases of death (justification is required).
At any time you may cancel the services requested or contracted by following the cancellation policy below:
The amount of the first night is non-refundable.
If the cancellation occurs between DAYS 15 AND 11 prior to your arrival at the establishment, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the stay at the hotel, in the event that the stay is only for one night you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your reservation.
If the cancellation takes place between DAYS 10 and 0 prior to your arrival at the establishment, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your stay at the hotel.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY E-MAIL. Please send an EMAIL to reservas@ibizahotelp.com clearly stating your reservation number, which is included in the confirmation email. Your cancellation will require our written confirmation via email.

The processing of a reservation through the website www.ibizahotelp.com implies the express acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered an integral part of the reservation and are completed with the specific applicable legislation.
RESERVATIONS AND RETURNS: At the time of making the reservation, the total reservation is made by secure payment by card or by bank transfer, not being considered firm until said payment is made. The client will receive the details of their reservation by e-mail, together with a number that will identify it (locator), all the related data, the conditions and the return policy. The transaction will be carried out in EUROS, whatever the origin of the client or the selected establishment.
INCLUDED WITH THE RESERVATION: Detailed services according to the reservation conditions stipulated by each tourist establishment selected at the time of booking. I.V.A. included.
Reservations with extras must contact the establishment to confirm their availability.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: When making the reservation, the client is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the data that it states. If it is found to be incorrect, it could lead to the cancellation of the reservation.

Select one of the various ways offered to formalize your reservation: payment by credit card. Enter your credit card details to be able to make the payment in order to confirm your reservation.
This information will be directed to a secure payment gateway of our Banking entity. You will find a link to these general booking conditions. You will receive the confirmation of your reservation and a "reservation code" visible on the screen and you will also receive a message in your e-mail box. You can store and print your reservation data and its general conditions. As for the payment, it is done with all the security measures existing today, through the virtual Point of Sale Terminal (POS).
The system will send you a voucher to your e-mail that will indicate the details of your reservation and the amount paid. When will your credit card be charged? Depends on the country. It can be even 5 days until it appears on your card account. The transaction will be carried out in EUROS, whatever the origin of the client.
